In early 2022, I was on a mission to find an affordable training grenade that would simulate a professional Noise Flash Distraction Device (NFDD) with a similar delay of 1.5 seconds. The only options were either either professional training systems that required law enforcement agency affiliation or inertia activated impact grenades.

The only civilian-legal grenades that functioned like live grenades were one-time use and prohibitively expensive for casual use or heavy training. To sum it up, there were no training grenades that operated like live units without breaking the bank.

Today, we present to you a training grenade that can cost as little as $0.05 per deployment (depending on where you acquire caps and firecrackers) with a 400+ cycle lifespan when not used on hard surfaces. You won’t find a device with a lower operational cost per use than our line of training grenades.
